missing probe in source

It would be good to add probe to the NXsource like:

     * instrument: (required) NXinstrument

         * SOURCE:

             * type: (optional) NX_CHAR

             * name: (optional) NX_CHAR

             * probe: (optional) NX_CHAR

                    Any of these values: neutron | x-ray | electron
