Different SRCurrent units for edf2nx and h52nx

Description

When doing nxtomomill edf2nx, the unit for control/data (SRCurrent) is milli-Amperes (no attribute in the resulting NX). On the other hand, when doing nxtomomill h52nx, the SRCurrent unit is Amperes (unit is in the attributes).
