improve NXdetector.data setter

if we try to feed data property from NXdetector then we can raise the following error:

But the array can contain a 1D array of DataUrl. Which is a case that we should handle as well in https://gitlab.esrf.fr/tomotools/nxtomomill/-/blob/master/nxtomomill/nexus/nxdetector.py#L114.
