The previous milestone brought the basic reconstruction capability (FBP from sinograms and projections). In this milestone, the aim is to pre-process the data to feed it to the reconstruction.
- F11: Flat-fielding

- F13: Single-distance phase retrieval: Paganin and CTF
- F14: Simple rotation axis finding methods
- F15: Handle half acquisition
For each feature, at least one "optimized" back-end has to be implemented (Cuda and/or OpenCL).
This milestone has to foresee a notable amount of time for tests and integration with
