Basic FBP reconstruction of a preprocessed dataset.

This includes:

• F01: FBP reconstruction: acts on projections or sinograms (after contrast specific preprocessing), ram-lak filtering (with alternative filters support!) and back-projection.

Notes

It is not clear whether this includes basic phase retrieval. On one hand, FBP from projections needs phase retrieval at some point. after preprocessing would mean that phase retrieval is already done.

It is assumed that phase retrieval will be implemented in this milestone, at least in its most basic form (single-distance Paganin).

FBP from projections entails having designed the "chunk processing" idea at this early stage.
