Change estimated_cor_from_motor to m_motor to x_rotation_axis_pixel_position
Computation of former estimated_cor_from_motor
was incorrect.
New field 'x_rotation_axis_pixel_positionshould now be the correct way to catch the right value. The MR brutally replaces
estimated_cor_from_motorwith
x_rotation_axis_pixel_position` throughout the code.
