Change estimated_cor_from_motor to m_motor to x_rotation_axis_pixel_position

Computation of former estimated_cor_from_motor was incorrect. New field 'x_rotation_axis_pixel_positionshould now be the correct way to catch the right value. The MR brutally replacesestimated_cor_from_motorwithx_rotation_axis_pixel_position` throughout the code.

@paleo : Not sure that the nabu/app/diag_to_rot.py.
