Add missing metadata to nabu reconstructed volume

It would be nice to have the following:

• have reconstruction start time and end time. (this would allow to do statistic from). One might replace the 'date' field
• add sample name. This is the only metadata missing to publish to icat. At the moment it can be obtain from the NXtomo. But it would simplify processing if this value is directly accessible from the volume metadata.
