Get rid of ChunkReader and DataUrl stuff

From 2024.2.0-devX, nabu has a more elegant loading mechanism for NXTomo and EDF.

The former one relies on a dict of DataUrl and crazy get_compacted_dataslices. Removing all of that (including test) would save many hundreds of LoC.
