Issues with "translations file"

ID16A extensively uses the "translations file".

Currently it has at least two issues:

    1. When using projections_subsampling = 2:0 and projections_subsampling = 2:1, we have im_all != (im_odd + im_even)/2.
    1. When using exclude_projections, a separate translation_movements_file is needed for even and odd projections
