stitching: provide a way to concatenate volume / nxtomo from CLI

If the user trigger the stitching from a node an is kicked-out then we might have the stitching of each part but not the master file to the full volume / NXtomo. To avoid having to relaunch it if everything is here it would be nice to be able to trigger the post-processing part as a standalone.
