Remove unused code in nabu.io.writers
Many writers were moved to tomoscan.
Once the deprecation warnings are here for a while:

Remove EDFWriter -
Remove JP2Writer -
Remove NPYWriter and NPZWriter -
Remove HSTVolWriter and HSTVolVolume -
Update test_writers -
Update io/__init__.py -
Update helicalandzmmstuff
