nabu-multicor: using "big-tiff" won't erase existing files

When using nabu-multicor with tiff_single_file = 1 (i.e big tiff ):

• On the first run, the files are created and are fine
• On the second run, the new content is appended to existing files, and the viewer (at least silx view) will only see the first frame
