Doc/tutorial: update "hello_nabu"

The hello_world tutorial should be revamped:

• More explanations of what is going on
• The CudaFlatField class now redirects by CudaFlatFieldArrays by default.
• Point to a "public" dataset ?
• Non-cuda backend by default ?
