better management of flip parameter

NXtomo can now contain information regarding frame flipping (see tomoscan!71 (2a670fe1)). In order to have a better homogeneity and ease post processing stitching it would be wise to either insure reconstructed volume are saved unflipped or that this information is contained inside the reconstructed volume file.
