Half acquisition: bright zone in the center of reconstructed slice

In some cases, a half acquisition reconstruction results in a overly bright zone in the center:

this was corrected by tuning PENTEZONE in pyhst. In nabu, this transition zone is computed automatically. It would be good to add a parameter for it.
