Detect and auto-correct camera tilt in the case of half acquisition

Follow-up of #222 (closed).

Currently, tilt estimation methods are implemented only for "centered CoR" and likely do not work for half-acquisition scans.
It would be good to extend the work of !113 (merged) to the half acquisition setting.
