nabu_processes.h5 should always be written

Currently, when no tomwer_processes.h5 is found in the data directory, nabu attempts to create a nabu_processes.h5 file (containing the flatfield final images, for example).

If the data directory is not writeable, the file is written in a temporary directory. It should rather be on the "output" directory.
