Histogram: support output format other than HDF5

Currently, histogram are only computed/written when output file format is HDF5.

This being said:

• NPY and NPZ are not supported at all yet
• 32bits tiff does not need histogram (?)
• 16bits tiff and jpeg2000: not relevant, these should not be produced directly without volume-wise normalization
