Halftomo: support CoR on the left

When dff_sigma > 0, a high-pass filter is applied on the mean of
projections.
This high-pass filter should not be directly subtracted to the DFF, as
it might give negative values.
Instead, the subtraction should be performed on radios being already in
-log.

Using Class._callback instead of self._callback in
register_callback("callback_name", Class._callback)
enables to register callbacks once the class is instantiated.

It will have to be updated again with the new auto-CoR class
