Upload to ISPyB broken

The new version of Scipion has changed the name the motion-corrected files are called. Previously the name was:

/data/visitor/.../extra/Images-Disc1_GridSquare_20341956_Data_FoilHole_20233951_Data_20345306_20345308_20220620_164313_fractions_aligned_mic.mrc

Now the file name looks like this:

/data/visitor/.../extra/FoilHole_2658508_Data_2645754_35_20240703_131536_fractions_aligned_mic.mrc
