Changing Cryosparc Directory Dynamically

Currently when using a cryosparc protocol, the project protocol is always written statically in the same directory set in CRYO_PROJECTS_DIR. Setting this value to \${PROJECT_HOME}/cryosparc_projects doesn't work.

With the ESRF, data structure of users experiment we should save it dynamically in their own data folder /data/visitor/...
