Reduce logs

So 7 beamlines with 10 workflows and a 15 MB cap on the log file size gives 1GB and we have around 20GB space for logs.

Workflows seem to log at 15 MB/hour.

I would propose rotating based on file size, not based on time. What do you think @svensson ?
