Fix 2

move to thread processing for:

• shift
• mapping
• noise correction Not necessary for the moment.

Advancement on the process if possible should be given (at least shift and mapping). For now as we are working on experiment, those process won't be stacks but single operators which refuse new request if they are already proceeding.
