Better experiment definition and deal with several dimension

- also remove one outdated unit test

- _MappingBase.dim -> _MappingBase.dims
- rework IntensityMap and gradient removal, the value of the delta has still to be given mannually (but should come from the range of the unique values)
- add testFullSteam to check the full treatment without GUI
- rework DimensionGUI to display if asked the unique values for each dimensions once fit has been done

- now OverwritingOperation can set data_flatten but not data. Might evolve, it depends how we saw things.

- add also unit test for it.
- this is quiet a raw version, has to be tested again and wildly optinized

- adapt shift (wok with data_flatten but should probably be extended latter)
- adapt noise reduction (work with data_flatten)
- remove the data reduction widget because should be highly modify since the numpy.ndarra.view in the experiement.data appear. Should be re-done

[unit test] refactoring create test_stream_operation to separate single operation unit test to the steam/pipeline operations

- will be used to define the view to create on the data (using numpy view)
- allow to define dimension based on a kind and a name (to use the metadata)
- add unit test for this specific class
- link to experiement and creation of the view is not done yet

[dataset] Add documentation for unit test and updated since take file_pattern in parameter and rename `_data_files` by `_data_files_pattern`

Add example for generating automatically doc images from screenshots
