Add overlaps in the metadata.json

Need to add the actual overlaps of all scans in the metadata.json

Idea: Need to add in juicer: look at z_translation, find discontinuity, coupled with pixel size and vertical dimension from detector to do an estimation

Also could add the original overlap from the zseries in acquisition entry
