search in the beamlineURl.js file and create a link on the doi landing page when the beamline detailed webpage exists.

remove call to  URLSearchParams() which is not supporteed by IE and Qupzilla. This removes the useless possibility to write an url with ...index.html?DOI=xxx

replace array.includes call by _.findIndex in lodash. DOI landing page is now compatible with iceweasel version 38.2.1

configure apache .htaccess so that welcome page is loaded with url http://doi.esrf.fr. It fixes #13.
