Formalise topology names

Today the topology type is fixed by a property in the lima2 control tango server. The client currently understands three topology types:

• single
• round_robin
• uneven, required by the dectris multi-receiver plugin

The name dynamic is already in the preliminary code of the Lima2.Conductor subsystem. We should agree in a definitive nomenclature - @debionne & @dubouche
