Double flip in accumulation mode

It seems there is a bug in lima when it is in accumulation mode and the flip is set is one or both directions. The resulting image appears not to be flipped, apparently because it seems the flip is applied twice.

Seen on ID31 with Pilatus 3 2M with @alejandro.homs. Lima is at 1.7.0
