update install script and cmake and create a conda-requirements.txt for local compilation

• missing last new cameras in config.txt
• tango server no longer uses cmake but pip to make installation
• provide a conda-requirements.txt to help creating a dev. conda environment for local compilation
• missing some saving formats (e.g hdf5bs) in install.sh script
• update documentation for local compilation using conda environment
