add new camera submodule dhyana

Camera plugin developed at Soleil synchrotron for Dhyana-95 (V1) camera from Tucsen Photonics company. First implementation only suppored Windows SDK (TUCam V1), then Max-IV synchrotron did port the code to support the Linux SDK, still version 1.
