* Make frame & file arithmetics common to all SaveContainers:
  pass pre-calculated information to _open to avoide race conditions
  like that in HDF5 between the last two files

* Allocate different buffers for parallel Files
* Recycle free buffers
* Refactor MmapInfo, used in EDFConcat format

finally createed a new compress task for image compression only and rename the others as File compression (header+image)

* Create new module CtSaving_Compression for Compression Sinktask classes
* added Zlib compression for HDF5

We can now have saving, compression and incoming speed statistics
changing cbf,edf,fits,hdf5,nxs and tiff to manage statistics

To control saving concurrency, you have to change the number of writing task
with method get/setMaxConcurrentWritingTask.

This commit contains also a small fix for write statistics:
As we recreate the container when changing saving type, thoses parameters
were not keeped.

We now set event callback in case of error when writing.

standard edf format with a global lz4 fast compression

this optimization was done for cbf and edf

This format is an EDF format but concatenate frame's data during saving.

Added namespace in #include lines for lima core files and for camera simulator and meta

chained namespace replacement with processlib script

* Added CtVideo patch for Python 2.4

It's still not compiling but Need to share branch so commit it

- some small lifting for Pilatus
- add cbflib as a third-party project
