LIMA software operation do not chain correctly

Lima software operations on images do not seem to chain properly.

For example: when they occur separately software binning and software image flip, they work well. When both are active at the same time, the flip option is not applied in the final image.

This was tested (and verified to come from the Lima core software processing) with Ximea plugin when setting binning to 3x3 (not supported by the camera) and using image flip in the vertical direction.
