- At tango Stop() command, wait while detector is running
- Add property "EnableTimestamp" in order to write timestamp in nexus file
- Remove some namesapce
- Remove useless static_cast<char*> in all throw_exception messages

Add a new member __Name2SubClass which contains map of explicit names to
control object. This will be used in priority to find the proper control
object. If name is not in this map then it falls back to the
Prefix2SubClass map.

* Andor3.py: added new attributes for overlap and spurious_noise_filter

Major modifications in LimaDetector c++ Tango device
