Pilatus S series do not support hw ROI

Issue recently seen at BESSY, ESRF BM28 and BM07 Issue seen at BESSY by Michael Hellmig (michael.hellmig@helmholtz-berlin.de)

after discussion with Dectris support, there is no command to request to camserver a serie model. Decided as for width and height to add a parameter into the camera.def file like camera_s_serie to make Lima Pilatus plugin code decide or not to activate hw-roi.
