stopAcq() let the camera in FAULT state

When stopping an acquitition (kill camserver command) camserver return a "7 ERR" which is interpreted as a fault state by the camera plugin. This error code message should be ignored, otherwise some lima client code (like the web bpm server) cannot restart an new acquisition until the fault state is reset.
