S model: min latency is wrong

for pilatus3 min latency is set to 950 us, unfortunately the S models only support 3 ms, so a min period of 3ms. With a period of min 950us and more than 1 frames requested camserver detects than the readout time is bigger than the interval time between 2 frames and it fails .
