Do a copy for the first image processing (not in place)

- Pilatus3 6M take more than 3 seconds when changing exposure time and period,so increased the timout to 10
- reset acquisition image number to 1 on re-connection

otherwise  an emulated energy setting is made using gain and threshold.
This was moved from the Pilatus.py tango server plugin to here.
