Build Conda packages for Windows and Linux

Prerequisites

WIP with @homsrego

• Split the Windows and Linux codebase
• Identify the master branches for both versions (master -> master-win, lin-bm05 -> master-lin)
• Merge / clean up pending feature/debug branches
• Remove the SDKs from git repo to avoid confusion -use package instead?

Packaging

• Update the Conda recipes to match the latest template
• Package the latest (tested) SDKs
  • SiliconSoftware
  • PCO
• Windows Conda package (support all cameras)
• Linux Conda package CL
• Linux Conda package CLHS

Testing

• Windows 10 / Debian 8 / Ubuntu 20.04
• Edge CL / Edge CLHS / Dimax / ...?

Documentation

• Update the documentation with the latest SDKs and Conda procedure

Deployment with the packages

wherever the plugins were built manually, reinstall with the latest packages to ease maintenance:

• on BM05
• on ID16b
• on ID17
• on ID19
• on ID21
• on ID27
• on ID31
