Lima core set latency time to the minimum, so my case I added 2 times
the detector readout.

Made the link between CtSaving and hdf5 header.
Now files written by dectris software can be modified through
CtSaving common header.

previously change the countrate instead of flatfield correction

If we don't, "dseries_end" message is never send and the stream is broken.
This must be a bug on Dectris side, has to be remove for future version.

changing image pixel depth to Bpp16 when auto summation is off and to Bpp32 when it is on.

pixel depth parameter doesn't seam to return the good image depth, force it to 32 bit unsigned for now
