Also update SIP compile, using CameraRunSIP.cmake.

file header parameters have change a lot from 1.5

Lima core set latency time to the minimum, so my case I added 2 times
the detector readout.

We can now read back the response when a parameter is set.
Usually the return is the list of linked parameters to that one.
This also avoid to display the return on the standard out which is the
default in curl lib.

Made the link between CtSaving and hdf5 header.
Now files written by dectris software can be modified through
CtSaving common header.
