fix long delay when using ext. trigger mode

When using external trigger mode, the TUCAM_Cap_Stop() can tak up to 20 sec before returning. find the fix by using the latest sdk version 2 (20220915) and setting the nBuffFrames to 0. Thanks to TUCSEN support person for the help
