Merging of scans with different motor start / end
When attempting to merge kmaps which have been taken at different start / end positions of the piezo motors, XSOCS complains - e.g.:
Please fix the following error(s) before merging :
- Selected scans command inconsistency : "motor_0_start" : 92.606; 92.6065.
- Selected scans command inconsistency : "motor_1_start" : 94.5555; 96.0555; 95.5555; 94.0555.
- Selected scans command inconsistency : "motor_1_end" : 101.055; 100.555; 99.5555; 99.0555.
This is a problem when analysing drift corrected data, i.e. kmaps which are shifted by a certain amount in the piezo motors in order to compensate for the drift of the sample stage.
