Bliss [URGENT]: MetadataManager does not get proposal and sample name

@demariaa @matias.guijarro MetadataManager does not get the sample and proposal name changes from MetadataExperiment (Bliss, pytango 9.3.1).

It does print the correct proposal/sample when calling MetadataManager.Init

I do not see any messages in the MetadataManager log (level is -v4) when changing the proposal/sample in MetadataExperiment.
