Workaround to speed up Hibou viewer

Hibou does a request to H5grove for each entry in the HDF5 file. In order to get the path of the file, for each entry now ICAT+ does a request to the IDS getPathBy which slows down HIBOU. A cache mechanism might palliate the problem.
