Email when creating a bespoke DOI

When a user creates a DOI, we (data managers) can be informed by email with the following information:

• title
• abstract
• authors
• DOI + link
• list of datasets (proposal, beamline, dataset name, dataset location?)

Maybe it could be extend to sent it to the users (can be done in another issue).
