Get dataset parameter by instrument and dates

It was asked if:

Is there a way to extract from ICAT all TOMO_energy and TOMO_pixelSize parameters of all TOMO (technique) scans from date1 to date2, for BM05 for example?

I wonder if it would be possible from the performance point of view
