Improve get dataset endpoint with multiple investigationIds

For now GET /catalogue/{sessionId}/dataset enables to search by investigationId. It will be useful to search over different investigations (for HOA or paleo), to be replaced by investigationIds (check impact on data and data2 portals + other places where the endpoint is used?)
