Improve samples sorting

https://icatplus.esrf.fr/catalogue/{sessionId}/samples?investigationId=24303857 sorts the samples by creationDate (if I remember correctly) modificationTime, but we don't necessarly see the last collected sample (and the last collected datasets in data2).
For instance in data2, the last sample is Sample-3:1:02, although we expect to have Sample-1:3:04.

=> check the sample sorting
