Save user selected datasets

Following implementation of data-portal!94 (merged), I think it would be nice to be able to save the list of each user's selected datasets on the server side, so that they can retreive it across sessions/devices.

It is just a list of numbers to store somewhere (mongo db?) so it should be relatively easy to setup?
