Update instruments endpoint models

From E-DataPortal!636 (comment 210145):
/catalogue/instruments returns an array of Instrument objects. It would be more consistent to return an array of {id, name, description, url, ...}, same schema than /catalogue/{sessionId}/instruments
Check where this endpoint is used (ingester?)
